Handmade lino cut prints of a Black Throated Diver floating low in the waters off the West Coast of Scotland.

These lovely little lino prints are mounted in soft white with a circular aperture and come in different colours.

The design was inpired by a magical encounter with this most stylish of bird on a trip to the Ardnamurchan in Scotland. Printed in black on to different colour backgrounds.

Did you know the collective terms for Black Throated Divers can be an ‘Asylum of Loons’ a ‘Cry’ or a ‘Waterdance’ which I think is my favourite. If you have seen and heard these birds you will know how they get their name.
